Longtime friends, 143 Worldwide came to us to define the creative identity and own production on their yearly event, 143 THX on the eve before Thanksgiving. A 1000+ attendee party with A list R&B artists, this event was rooted in 90's hip hop themes while engaging LA's multi cultural fans. 

FESTIVAL IDENTITY & MARKETING MATERIALS

Drawing from 90's hip hop influence, we created an identity for the event that channeled a faded and fuzzy 'soft angel' aesthetic. It’s gentle twilight colorway and dreamy drawls of unrequited love brought us right back to spilling our secrets on Tumblr. We wanted to hone in on the escapism and nostalgia fans feel for the 143 Worldwide brand to create the ultimate party look and feel. The identity was used across all digital and print marketing materials as well as on-site creative.

EVENT + STAGE PRODUCTION

Utilizing the LA Theatre's historic and funky charm, we created a two stage festival with massive LED screens, custom content, activations, custom merch and a mini Smorghasburg with the best food trucks in LA.

 

PARTNERSHIPS

We partnered with KSwiss to design limited edition 143 THX sneakers and ping pong tournament as well as custom merch partnerships with Obey and Crap Eyewear brought to fans by Shopify. 

LIMITED EDITION MERCH

We designed a full 143 THX custom merch collection with our friends at Obey. Building on the identity creative and fan favorites, the LA Lakers.
